1. Firstly, the essential oil is filled into the container accurately by peristaltic pump. The filling machine adopts 2 heads and fills up to 2 bottles each time.  When the number of bottles has not reached 2 for a long time, only containers that have reached the corresponding station will be filled.  For example, if only one bottle passes in a minute, then the job of filling one container will start instead of waiting for two bottles to fill.  Of course, these parameters can be flexibly controlled by Siemens controller. 

2. The conveyor belt drives the filled essential oil into the chuck one by one, at this time the mandrel combination machine will cotton stick and sealing plug  

3. Enter the plug process, insert the mandrel combination machine into the container after it is synthesized, and then press down to the next chuck station to complete the plug process.  

4. Pay attention to the sorting number of the cap by the capping machine, and then put the cap on the container by the gripping capping machine, and then tighten it by the capping

5. Finally, it is delivered to the closing station through the conveyor belt.
